Hide in plain sight
This mod adds a variety of blocks that camouflage themselves to the surrounding world. Use them to hide valuables, build secret passages, or punish anyone who tries to dig where they shouldn’t.
Hidden doors, pressure plates, levers, chests, redstone, and more, all dressed as ordinary blocks.
Pay special attention to the Ghost Block. It looks solid in every way, but you can walk right through it. Pair it with a lava pit under a “floor” and thieves will not enjoy the surprise.

What’s new in Rehidden
This is not a quick remap of the old Forge jar. Secret Rooms Rehidden is a from-scratch Kotlin port aimed at 1:1 behaviour with Wyn Price’s Secret Rooms 6, plus modern loader support and a stack of fixes.
Platform
- Minecraft 1.21+
- One universal jar. Drop the same file into Fabric or NeoForge
- Requires Fabric Language Kotlin + Fabric API on Fabric, or Kotlin for Forge on NeoForge
New additions
- One-Way Glass Pane, a thin pane version of classic one-way glass. See out from your side, camo on the other, and empty-hand click to toggle the glass face
- Axe trimming on One-Way Glass and One-Way Glass Panes. Use an axe to strip the glass faces for a clean see-through look while keeping the camo face
- Secret Clamber climbing updated to work partly like scaffolding. Stand on the top of a column, and hold sneak to descend through it
Fixes & polish
- Camouflage rendering rebuilt for modern clients (mirror-state models, colours, True Vision overlay)
- True Vision goggles update nearby secret blocks when equipped or removed, so you no longer wait on a random block update
- Break particles and sprint particles use the camouflage block, not purple/missing textures
- Item models updated for 1.21+
items/definitions (no more purple inventory icons) - Secret trapdoors and ladders. When the trapdoor is open (flush wall panel), ladders can attach. When closed (flat), ladders cannot place and attached ladders pop off
- Safer shapes for empty / facade camo (avoids outline crashes)
- Neighbour / explosion update paths cleaned up to avoid recursive world updates
Still here from the classic mod
Everything players expect from Secret Rooms, including camouflage paste, switch probe, doors, trapdoors, chests, redstone family, one-way glass, ghost blocks, torch levers, and True Vision goggles.

Tools
Camouflage Paste
Craftable paste used to create secret room blocks. The foundation of every disguise.
Switch Probe
Change the appearance of a placed secret block.
Right-click a normal block to copy it, then right-click a secret rooms block to apply that look.
Goggles of True Vision
Reveal secret room blocks while worn (overlay highlight).
Classic rarity. They can appear in End city treasure, and durability wears as you keep them on.

Featured blocks
| Block | Role |
|---|---|
| Ghost Block | Looks solid. No collision. Walk-through traps and false floors. |
| Secret Door / Iron Door | Full-height entrances that blend into the wall. |
| Secret Trapdoor / Iron Trapdoor | Hatch or flush wall panel; works with ladders when open. |
| Secret Chest / Trapped Chest | Storage that looks like any other block. |
| One-Way Glass / Pane | See out; others see camo. Empty-hand click toggles the glass face. |
| Secret Lever, Buttons, Pressure Plates | Redstone inputs that vanish into the scenery. |
| Secret Redstone, Observer, Daylight Detector | Camouflaged circuitry. |
| Secret Stairs, Gate | Traversal and openings that stay disguised. |
| Secret Clamber | Climbable camo column. Scaffolding-style standing on top, sneak to go down. |
| Torch Lever | A torch that is also a lever. |

Support
If something looks wrong (camo, goggles, ladders, particles), include your loader (Fabric / NeoForge), Minecraft version, and a screenshot when reporting.
Enjoy building rooms nobody can find, until they’re wearing the goggles.
