Scroll Walk

Scroll Walk (Unofficial Port) 🚶

Hold Alt and scroll your mouse wheel to adjust your walking speed on the fly. Slow down for careful building, roleplay, or just taking in the scenery, without needing to sneak.

This is an UNOFFICIAL PORT of Scroll Walk by Naw7, updated to run on newer Minecraft versions and expanded to support additional mod loaders. All credit for the mod's idea and code goes to the original author.

How to use🖱️

- Hold Alt and scroll down to walk slower.
- Scroll up to speed back up toward normal.
- Fabric: open the settings through Mod Menu to customize it.
- NeoForge and Forge: open Mods from the main menu, select Scroll Walk, and click Config.

Features🎚️

- Change your speed using only the mouse wheel
- Optional speedometer that shows your current speed on screen (off by default; turn it on in settings)
- Adjustable minimum and maximum speed limits
- Adjustable scroll step, so each scroll click changes your speed by more or less
- Adjustable acceleration, to control how smoothly speed changes

Tip: If the screen zooms in and out as your speed changes, turn off the "FOV Effects" slider in Minecraft's accessibility settings.

Requirements❗

- Fabric: Fabric Loader, Fabric API, Cloth Config, Mod Menu
- NeoForge: NeoForge, Cloth Config (the NeoForge version)
- Forge: Forge (no other mods needed)

Client-side only. You don't need to install it on a server.
