Living/Sentient armor can now adapt to damage: (WIP)
-Damage taken while burning will be multiplied by "Mob Fire Damage Multiplier" config value
-If Damage Type is fire, damage will be multiplied by "Mob Fire Damage Multiplier" config value
-Will give COTH to the attacker if available
-Is immune to the corrosive effect
-Enchantability for armor/weapons set to 1

Removed Enderman Leap (crawling variant)

Dispatcher AI changes:
It can target multiple mobs at the same time - all stages
Can "store" parasites to later spawn them (this mobs saves their entityid) - all stages
If a buglin is stored then it will spawn as a Rupter - from stage II
If a rupter is stored then it will spawn as a Mangler - from stage III
If enough assimilated are stored then it will spawn them as a primitive - from stage III
If enought incomplete forms are stored then it will spawn them as a crude version - points required: 6
Heed - from stage II
Crux - from stage III

Small incomplete value: 1
Medium incomplete value: 2
