Skill Point Fixes

• Fixed skill points no longer increasing after reaching higher character levels.
• Skill points are no longer incorrectly restricted by the 150-point Talent Point cap.
• Skill points are now awarded on every level according to the server configuration instead of using the Talent Point interval.
• Fixed Skill Point items incorrectly checking and granting Talent Points, which could cause them to report a cap or error.

Existing Characters

• Level-earned Skill Points are automatically recalculated from the character’s current level. No character reset or respec is required.
• Talent Point progression remains separate and continues to use its configured interval and maximum limit.
