SaplingSlayer

add a new enchantment on shears that helps collect saplings.

This mod adds a new enchantment: Sapling Slayer.

Its effect: When right-clicking on leaves with shears, the corresponding sapling will always drop.

But this comes at a price, as the durability of the shears will be reduced by 1% (configurable).

The enchantment is fully configurable in this mod's config: isTradeable / isCurse / isTreasure / canBeFoundInLoot / isAllowedOnBooks and its rarity.
