What's new
- Added Neptune's Tempest, an item part of the Neptune's Wrath Sacred Treasure series. Right clicking it will consume 10XP Levels and then start a thunderstorm for the next 5 minutes. 15 minute cooldown.
- Altered the Concentrated Zombie effect to give Withering 2 for 5 seconds instead of Poison 2 for 5 seconds.
- Edited Thornvayne, adding a Mute Aura Ability that affects players within 100 blocks of the user.
