This mod introduces 18 unique throwable cards into Minecraft, each with its own distinct utility.
Every card is configurable, allowing you to tweak behaviors and effects via the provided config file to suit your gameplay needs. Cards are crafted using unique materials for the first copy, but once obtained, each one can be easily duplicated using a universal duplication recipe—akin to how smithing templates work.
For balance control, the Item Obliterator mod is recommended, especially when tuning the experience in custom modpacks. Recipe viewing is supported through JEI, and for those seeking deeper integration or more intricate crafting chains, KubeJS is strongly encouraged. By default, recipes use only vanilla components, making this mod a great foundation for further expansion and creative customization.
Runic Card Types
📄 Blank - Runic Card A blank stone card with no power.
🗡️ Attack - Runic Card Deals damage and knocks back struck entities.
🌑 Dark - Runic Card Slows and distorts the vision of targets.
🌀 Dimension - Runic Card Teleports the thrower to where it lands.
💣 Explosive - Runic Card Creates a powerful explosion upon impact.
🔥 Fire - Runic Card Sets nearby blocks on fire when thrown.
🐣 Life - Runic Card Causes certain animals to breed.
⚡ Lightning - Runic Card Summons lightning where the card lands.
🪞 Mirror - Runic Card Reverses incoming projectiles mid-air.
🍃 Nature - Runic Card Summons a tiny slime on impact.
🛡️ Protection - Runic Card Grants resistance to the entity it hits.
🧲 Pull - Runic Card Pulls entities directly toward the thrower.
🧍♂️ Summon - Runic Card Summons an iron golem upon striking.
☠️ Toxic - Runic Card Leaves behind clouds of poison effect.
👁️ Vision - Runic Card Makes the struck entity invisible temporarily.
❤️ Vitality - Runic Card Heals the entity this card touches.
🌌 Void - Runic Card Deals damage and pulls enemies in.
🌬️ Air - Runic Card Causes struck entities to levitate.
