Router Chest

-Fixed texture bug on the router block.

-Added config settings. (max linking distance, allow deleting default categories, auto transfer mode priority)

-Fixed Router Chest Loss Bug: Resolved an issue where breaking the Router Chest caused the block itself to disappear instead of dropping as an item, and ensured that all contents inside the chest are now safely dropped on the ground upon destruction.
