What's new

Unofficial two-file dedicated-server compatibility patch for REI 26.1.819. Isolates client tooltip and anvil code in nested client helpers while retaining common entry definitions, codecs and recipe synchronization. Four runtime unit tests passed; dedicated-server boot, save and restart passed. Client rendering, recipe transfer and full multiplayer gameplay remain untested. Requires Architectury API 20+ and Cloth Config 19+. Replaces upstream REI; do not install both. MIT notices retained.
