Roughly Enough Items - Arthur Server Compatibility

This is an unofficial compatibility build of shedaniel's Roughly Enough Items 26.1.819 for Minecraft 26.1.2 and NeoForge.

The patch moves client-only tooltip and anvil-display behavior into nested client helpers in ItemEntryDefinition and DefaultAnvilDisplay. It keeps the shared entry definitions, codecs and server recipe synchronization available without those outer classes directly referencing Minecraft client classes. The change addresses the dedicated-server class-loading errors observed while REI registered its default entry types and display serializers.

This is a beta compatibility build with a two-file patch. The JAR built successfully, four discovered runtime unit tests passed, and the resulting outer class files were checked for client-package references. A dedicated modpack boot, save and restart were checked. Those checks do not establish that every REI plugin, graphical recipe display, transfer action or multiplayer scenario is correct.

Use this JAR in place of the upstream 26.1.819 file. Keep the same required dependencies as that upstream release. Do not install both builds together.
