What this mod does:
It is a merged and enhanced version of the 3 above mods. Changes include:
- added new elemental Arrow, the Rope Arrow, which on Impact attempts to spawn a falling Rope (max 32 lenght)
- Rope Arrow against wall creates wallmounted Rope, hit against ceiling creates ceiling mounted rope
- made elemental Arrow Mod SMP compatible (could not port Egg and Mob arrows, unfortunately)
- made Rope SMP compatible
- merged all 3 mods to use the same Rope type and texture (DJRoslins to be exact)
- made the grappling Hook recoverable by punching it's rope
- the Rope Arrow is also recoverable by punching it's rope (it breaks into its pieces, though)
Same as standard arrow, but replace flint tip with...
Sand: Confusion Arrow
Dirt: Dirt Arrow
Gunpowder: Explosion Arrow
Coal: Fire Arrow
Seeds: Grass Arrow
Snowball: Ice Arrow
Redstone: Laser Arrow
Rope: Rope Arrow
Slime: Slime Arrow
Torch: Torch Arrow
Obsidian: Warp Arrow
Update...
I loved this mod back in 1.7.10; but it be unreasonable of me to ask if you could make a 1.16.4 update of this mod.
You probably got too much on your plate as is, don't have the time, or have just been away from the moding scene for too long and forgotten most of what you did know. it happens more commonly then you would think'
Or it could just be that you don't have the original files anymore. But its doesn't mean I can't keep wishing for a 1.16.4 release, lol.
But still I thought it worth mentioning how much I enjoyed this mod anyways back in the day, it made a lot of map building in my personal worlds so much more fun, as well as just general exploring! not many mods out there can do that much and still feel like they were a feature to Minecraft rather then some foreign concept added by a mod. Seriously I got to give you credit for making it feel like something that should have always existed in Minecraft from day one rather then something it being a mod that just felt crazy, over-powered, and just too way out there to ever be considered something that would ever naturally be part of the Minecraft world.
I feel like not enough people give thanks to mod creators who make mods they really enjoyed.
Ich finde dieser Mod hat Potential für ein RPG-Modpack.
Schade das dieser Mod nicht zur Verfügung steht.
I love this mod. Are you planning to continue dev/updates to it?
And if not would you consider making it open source?
Plz make for 1.9 or just 1.8 plzz
