- Fix #743: Wildfire's Duality modifier incorrectly performing growth and duplication. Now only duplicates.

- Fix #744: Test more emphatically for Minecraft's client instance player being null.

- Fix #745: Runed wood types not being properly matched (the state list wasn't being compared so it was ignoring variants)

- Fix #746: Create a fake container to present to the client, hopefully preventing null-pointer exceptions with SPacketSetSlot

- Fix #748: Runic crafters should no longer crash servers.

- Fix #749: Comparators no longer cause a crash by assuming lastRecipeUsed/ritualUsed isn't null.
