## Rooted Trees 1.1.1 — Minecraft 1.20.1

The Rooted Vegetation Update is now available for Minecraft 1.20.1.

### Added

- Added compact root patches beneath Bamboo.
- Added roots beneath Peonies, Rose Bushes, Lilacs, Sunflowers, and mature Pitcher Plants.
- Added support for naturally generated and player-grown Bamboo.
- Added support for naturally generated and manually placed tall plants.
- Added optional compatibility with Muddy World.

### Improved

- Bamboo creates compact surface root patches containing only 1–3 rooted blocks.
- Bamboo roots preserve the original surface type:
  - Grass Block becomes Rooted Grass Block.
  - Podzol becomes Rooted Podzol.
  - Muddy Grass becomes Rooted Muddy Grass.
  - Muddy Podzol becomes Rooted Muddy Podzol.
- Repeated Bamboo growth no longer expands or replaces existing root patches.
- Improved handling of already rooted terrain.
- Improved Minecraft 1.20.1 and dedicated-server compatibility.

### Fixed

- Fixed Rooted Grass Block rendering incorrectly in the world.
- Fixed Bamboo replacing rooted muddy surface blocks with Rooted Muddy Dirt.
- Fixed repeated Bamboo growth changing the supporting terrain.
- Fixed rooted muddy surface blocks incorrectly treating Bamboo as a solid covering block.
- Fixed several mixin, resource, and compatibility issues.
