Roost (Fabric 1.21.1 Port)
Roost is an unofficial port/adaptation of the original Roost mod to Minecraft 1.21.1 using Fabric, bringing back automated passive animal farms in a simple and efficient way.
Capture chickens, cows, pigs and sheeps, convert them into stackable items, and use them to passively generate resources through specialized blocks, including large amounts of eggs that can be cooked into powerful Fried Eggs as a reliable food source, which is ported from the Better Animals Plus mod.

๐ Mod Summary
The gameplay loop is divided into three block types for each animal:
• Habitat (Roost / Pen / Fold / Sty): Houses animals (captured with a Catcher) and periodically generates drops
• Breeder: Automatically breeds new animals, increasing the population of the adjacent habitat
• Collector: Automatically gathers drops from nearby habitats
• Animals are captured using special items (Chicken/Cow/Sheep/Pig Catchers) and placed inside habitat blocks. Each habitat can hold up to 16 animals and produces drops every 600 ticks (30 seconds) by default (configurable.)
Animals & Drops (v2.0.0)
๐ Chicken (roost): Egg (60%), Feather (25%), Raw Chicken (15%)
๐ Cow (pen): Leather (70%), Raw Beef (30%)
๐ Sheep (fold): White Wool (80%), Raw Mutton (20%)
๐ท Pig (sty): Porkchop (100%)
Special Item — Fried Egg
The Fried Egg is a food item obtained by cooking eggs. It restores 5 hunger points and 15 saturation, and can be eaten even when the hunger bar is full.
Configuration
The mod includes a complete configuration system based on Cloth Config + AutoConfig, accessible through ModMenu. Players can adjust animal-specific drop chances, production speeds (tick times), and a global production multiplier.
