What's new

- fixed a duplication bug involving tool coating
- fixed a tooltip bug involving potion effect potencies larger than level 2 (magnitude III in-game)
- added the NoCoating tag to the reference GUI
- added code allowing players to transfer NBT tags between brewed potions, preserving a custom potion's NBT tags between normal, splash and lingering potions, but also transferring NoCoating and display tags from potions obtained via brewing.
