Riftbound v1.3.0 - Curios, Quick Entry, and Rift Polish

• Added a dedicated Curios Tablet slot and configurable keybinds for opening the tablet, opening the single favorite rift, and entering the owner's Pocket through a private horizontal ground rift.
• Added four Riftbound advancements: Into the Unknown, A Tear in Reality, Beyond the Veil (And some secret ones ^-)
• Added Pocket owner controls for listing and kicking visitors, including entry-point return and rejection from the same active portal session.
• Added destination arrival bursts, distance-scaled portal instability, and short-lived closing residue.
• Added fire, lava, cactus, explosion, Void-loss, and despawn protection for dropped Rift Tablets without making them soulbound.

Changed

• Saved anchors now enforce exactly one favorite and use the action order Teleport, Favorite, Rename, Delete.
• Reworked all portal audio to use substantially quieter layers and rare ambience.
• The permanent Pocket doorway now plays creation audio once and no longer repeats a portal sound every two seconds.
• Added new UI toggle to allow users to DISABLE the GUI
