RHPeripherals
RHPeripherals is a lightweight ComputerCraft peripheral and automation addon for Minecraft 1.12.2, designed to bridge ComputerCraft with RF-powered machinery, infrastructure, and other technical systems.
The mod expands what computers can interact with by exposing useful machine data and controls through Lua, making it possible to build more advanced monitoring systems, automated factories, warning systems, control rooms, and infrastructure.
Features
RHPeripherals focuses on practical automation and machine integration, allowing ComputerCraft computers to interact with compatible systems in ways that are difficult or impossible with redstone alone.
Depending on the connected machine or peripheral, scripts can be used to:
- Monitor machine states
- Read energy information
- Detect operating conditions
- Control supported machinery
- Build automated safety and warning systems
- Create industrial control panels
- Integrate machines into larger ComputerCraft networks
- React automatically when production or infrastructure stops working
This makes RHPeripherals particularly useful for large factories, technical builds, power plants, laboratories, and automated bases.
Designed for ComputerCraft
RHPeripherals is built around Lua scripting and is intended to feel natural alongside ComputerCraft and CC.
Instead of forcing players into a predefined automation system, the mod exposes information and controls that can be combined however you want.
Build a simple alarm, a central factory dashboard, or an entire automated control network.
Lightweight and Pack-Friendly
The goal of RHPeripherals is to add useful integrations without introducing unnecessary progression systems or large amounts of additional content.
It is especially suited for modpacks where ComputerCraft is intended to serve as a central automation and monitoring platform.
Minecraft Version
RHPeripherals is currently designed for:
Minecraft 1.12.2
Additional integrations and peripherals may be added over time as development continues.
Modpack Usage
You are welcome to include RHPeripherals in modpacks, provided the mod itself is not redistributed separately as your own work.
