Reworked Locator

This mod improves the vanilla locator bar in Minecraft. In the base game, the locator bar is displayed inside the player's inventory UI and overlaps with the experience bar, making it harder to see both elements at the same time.

This mod fixes that by moving the locator bar to the top of the screen, allowing the experience bar and the locator bar to be visible simultaneously without interfering with each other.
