Retro Gilded Loot Compass

A compass that points to the nearest loot chest you haven't opened yet, with Lootr support.

Keep it anywhere in your inventory and the needle points to the nearest loot container nobody has looted yet: dungeon and temple chests, mineshaft minecarts, and modded containers that use loot tables.

Features

• Works from your inventory, any slot or the off hand
• Right-click to outline the target through walls for a few seconds and see how far away and how deep it is
• Lootr support: with Lootr, every player gets their own loot from each chest, so the compass points to chests you haven't opened, even if others have
• Cheap: only looks at loaded chunks near the player, never generates or loads any
• Configurable range, height, search interval and highlight time; the recipe can be turned off (e.g. to give it out as a quest reward)
• Its own textures, in the colours of its recipe

Requirements

• Nothing but Forge; Lootr optional
• Install on both client and server
• Independent of Retro Locator Almanac and the other compasses
