Resource Overhaul is a mod adding large quantity of resources and other stuff such as a nuclear reactor.
The goal of the mod was to let modpack maker use RO as a resource base for their modpack. The mod follows the reality and some of my vision of thing.
Firstly the mod shouldn't have machine (reactor included) but I change my mind so they'll maybe have more.
So you can change anything like you want but if you don't want, the value "follows" the reality.

Nuclear Reactor:
The reactor has a grid, with custom logic and modifiers. the player have to manage correctly their reactor or it will blow up and damage the area.
Fuel rod: Produce Energy Heat and Radiation, has a durability and Tier
Heat vent: dissipe heat from fuel rod inside the reactor
Heat dissipator: dissipe heat from the heat bar of the of reactor if its going up
Coolant cell: use their own durability to dissipate heat
Graphite Control Rod (Modifier): -15% Heat -15% Radiation
Coal Block (Modifier): +10% FE + 20% Heat
Redstone Block (Modifier): +10% FE x2 Burn Rate +5% Heat
Permafrost Ice (Modifier): -200Heat/t
Water (Fluid coolant): -10% Heat
Cryofluid (Fluid coolant): -25% Heat
