General:
Fixed crash when attempting to spawn an entity that cannot spawn (Skeletons during Peaceful mode for example)
Made use of the modloader tag removal options so that all Overworld RS land structures now will exclude ocean tagged biomes. This should reduce chances of things like RS Villages spawning in an ocean because another mod tagged the ocean biome as "floral".
Mineshafts:
Allowed RS Mineshaft support to replace Sulfur Spike properly.
Overworld RS Mineshafts now has a small chance of spawning Bounce Music Disc if their Minecart Chest is opened inside Sulfur Caves biome.
Villages:
Made Hoglins spawned in pens in Crimson and Warped Villages not be hunted by Piglins.
