Update to 26.1.2 with V3 architecture for the mod.

Tweaks:

• The bridge management system has been completely overhauled.

Features:

• Matter Cells have been added, allowing matter to be contained within AE2.
• Added the Matter Assembler: a replicator that is very fast and can be upgraded with acceleration cards, similar to the Molecular Assembler.
• The AE2-Replication Bridge now transmits energy from AE2 into the Replication network.
• Added a pattern encoding type for Disintegrators (they are still encoded as ‘processing’, but this is a simpler way of doing it).
