Changes in this patch:

-Added setting to toggle Multithreaded Rendering. Legacy Pseudo-Multithreaded Rendering exists as default, as it is compatible for all machines. To enable Multithreaded Rendering, change Multi-Render to "On".

-Added new music disc, rendition by yours truly: "Dry Hands Guitar Solo". 

-Replaced grass top texture with pre-1.0 variant.

 

-Fixed improper light world render update calls.

-Fixed other minor and major bugs.
