This mod adds a single item that gives regeneration for approximately 3-4 hearts.
There's no recipe for it, it's up to modpack authors to add that.
So if you're adding this to your pack, keep that in mind as it's unobtainable without adding one.
It's made for modpacks that wish to disable regeneration from food.
Nothing fantastic, but simple and easy.
