Reduced Music Delay

• This is only for 1.7.10, for versions 1.10+ check out frinn38's Infinite Music Mod.

This mod decreases the delay time between songs playing in game. The currently set values as of the 1.0 release of the mod are:

• GAME (Survival Overworld): 20-1200 ticks (1-60 seconds by default)
• CREATIVE (Creative Overworld): 20-1200 ticks (1-60 seconds by default)
• NETHER: 20-1200 ticks (1-60 seconds by default)
• END: 20-1200 ticks (1-60 seconds by default)

I am rather unfamiliar with Java, and hence had to get a lot of assistance in creating this mod. Please let me know if there is anything you might want me to change or add. Any feedback is appreciated.
