New threats. New powers. More reasons to enter the next gate.
Reawakening: Extra Dungeons is an unofficial expansion for Solo Leveling: Reawakening [SLR], built for Minecraft 1.21.1 and NeoForge.
Explore new dungeon encounters, face original enemies, awaken additional classes, and turn your dungeon rewards into meaningful upgrades. Designed with solo adventurers and cooperative parties in mind, Extra Dungeons builds on the original mod’s gate, class, ability, mana, and progression systems.
🏰 Three new dungeons
Frozen Outpost — B / A Rank
Storm an icebound fortress occupied by Ice Elves and their hunting beasts. Fight through patrols, kennels, ambushes, and royal guards before challenging the Frostbound Warden.
Encounter Scouts, Archers, Assassins, Elite Ice Elves, and Frost Hounds. Watch for the Warden’s frost attacks, reinforcements, and final enrage.
Arachnid Crystal Mine — C / B Rank
Descend into a crystal-infested mine with branching routes, abandoned mining areas, an optional egg chamber, and a deadly brood nest.
Battle Crystalback Spiders, Webspitters, and Tunnel Stalkers before confronting the Crystal Broodmother, whose web attacks, venom, and summoned offspring threaten to overwhelm unprepared hunters.
Corrupted Forge — B / A Rank
Enter a ruined foundry filled with armored constructs and unstable magic. Explore nine authored rooms, two approaches to the final boss, and optional treasure chambers.
Defeat Forge Sentinels, Furnace Crawlers, and Cinder Acolytes. Challenge the Anvilbreaker and Crucible Keeper minibosses, then face the Forge Warden.
These dungeons join the original mod’s eligible dungeon-gate selection. Boss encounters spawn automatically, and each dungeon includes a completion exit, an entrance Return Anchor, and a portable emergency-return item. Emergency escapes do not count as dungeon victories.
👹 Sixteen enemy types
The expansion includes 16 enemy types in total, including three final bosses and two Forge minibosses.
Enemies feature custom model families, distinct role-specific textures, animations, and combat behaviors—from ranged pressure and ambushes to leaping attacks and telegraphed area strikes. Related enemies share coherent model families with their own visual variants.
Five frost-faction enemies also expand the original Red Gate enemy pool.
⚔️ Two additional Hunter classes
Spellblade and Warden join the normal evaluator pool alongside the original classes.
Each class has six skills that unlock as your Hunter rank increases. These class skills do not require runestones.
Spellblade
Combine swordplay with arcane attacks, defensive magic, and rapid movement.
Its Arcane Tempo passive rewards following a successful class skill with a charged sword strike. Wield a sword to use its kit.
Warden
Protect your party with shield attacks, limited wards, pulling chains, healing fields, and a defensive dome.
Its Steadfast passive restores a small amount of health when your wards absorb enemy hits, with an internal cooldown. Carry a shield in either hand to use its skills.
| Rank | Spellblade | Warden |
|---|---|---|
| E | Arcane Cut | Aegis Bash |
| D | Runic Guard | Runestone Ward |
| C | Rift Step | Gravitic Chain |
| B | Resonant Cleave | Sanctuary Field |
| A | Spellbind | Guardian’s Vow |
| S | Crown of Blades | Citadel of Dawn |
Already have an awakened character? Sneak-right-click an evaluator with an empty main hand to preview an optional class switch. Switching preserves your rank, stats, inventory, learned skills, and equipped slots without granting additional starter rewards. Job Change, Monarch, and Vessel identities are excluded from this migration.
✨ Thirty addon abilities
Alongside the twelve new-class skills, 18 runestone abilities expand the six existing class roles:
| Class | Additional abilities |
|---|---|
| Assassin | Frostwire Snare · Shatterpoint · Whiteout Rush |
| Ranger | Piercing Shot · Grappling Arrow · Suppression Volley |
| Tanker | Counterguard · Aegis Relay · Bulwark Advance |
| Support Mage | Reversal Sigil · Siphon Seal · Mercy Recall |
| Fighter | Forge Rhythm · Flanking Step · Faultline Brand |
| Combat Mage | Ember Ledger · Stasis Lattice · Mana Aegis |
Learn runestone skills through dungeon loot or targeted crafting, then equip them through the original ability system.
Addon abilities use native mana and cooldown systems. Their hotbar icons display a dark cooldown cover and countdown, while casts that produce no effect do not create a new cooldown or spend mana.
💎 Relics and dungeon progression
Collect 24 class relics across six families, each with four upgrade tiers:
-
Veilfang Charm
-
Arcane Prism
-
Titan Knuckle
-
Warden Bulwark
-
Lifebloom Seal
-
Windeye Lens
Relics offer class-specific benefits with meaningful drawbacks. Only your highest-tier matching-class relic activates, preventing duplicate stacking.
Dungeon materials, boss trophies, conquest emblems, and Runic Essence feed the upgrade system. Recycle unwanted runestones into essence, or use exact crafting recipes to work toward a specific ability.
📜 Repeatable Hunter Contracts
Craft a Hunter Contract Ledger and accept one of nine repeatable jobs:
-
Patrol-clearing contracts
-
Elite-hunting contracts
-
Boss bounties
Accept a job before fighting, earn progress in the matching dungeon, and choose between Runic Essence and dungeon materials when claiming your reward.
Contract progress is personal and persists between sessions. Eligible nearby participants can earn credit without landing the final hit, and unfinished jobs can continue across multiple runs. There is no daily limit or expiration timer.
🎨 A coordinated visual style
Extra Dungeons includes 86 refreshed item and ability textures designed to complement the original mod:
-
Gray-framed, charcoal-background ability icons
-
Carved stone runes with distinct glowing glyphs
-
Shaded metal, crystal, bone, and chitin materials
-
Physical relic designs with visible tier progression
Spellblade and Warden also have coordinated world effects, including arcane slash trails, orbiting shields, binding effects, linked chains, runic healing circles, and a protective dome.
⚙️ Requirements and installation
For the current 0.13.1 release:

FTB Quests is not required for the standalone addon. The companion modpack’s 12-chapter, 98-quest campaign is separate and is not bundled inside this mod JAR.
Development status
Extra Dungeons is in active development. The current build has passed compilation and offline checks, while live gameplay testing and balance refinement remain ongoing.
Back up important worlds before updating. Before downgrading to a version that does not contain one of the addon’s classes, switch affected characters to a supported class first.
An unofficial community-made expansion. Credit to the original Solo Leveling: Reawakening team for the underlying mod and addon systems.
