Tweaks:
- Many Internal Changes(Much Better/More Efficient)
- Destroy Weapon scroll mimics Enchant Weapon when it doesn't work
- Destroy Weapon scroll ONLY works on enchantable items
- Altar messages now display on the actionbar, as opposed to chat
Bug Fixes:
- Scroll of teleport now is consumed on teleport
- Ring of Regeneration no longer spams chat
- Fixed Altars having an incorrect unlocalized name
- Mod now doesn't crash without baubles.
