Fixed air void columns created in bodies of water by the presence of kelp.
Fixed NPC damage calculation at range.
Fixed error with damage calculation for buildings making them look unatural with floating blocks and causing a bad looking shredded state.
Improved mountain slope craters/rugged terain craters. Now they look more realistic , no more knife edge like walls on the elevated side of the terrain.
Minor optimization to logic of coastal and sea craters.
Bamboo surviving at the edge of craters fixed.
