Initial Java release

• Fabric port for Minecraft Java Edition 26.2, preserving the original top- and wall-mounted designs and textures.
• Three brightness levels; steady/flashing modes; 0.5–25.5 second periods; synchronization for up to 512 connected lights.
• English/Japanese names and menus follow Minecraft language settings.
• Integrated-server checks passed for settings, blinking, invalid input rejection, and world save/reload.
• Requires Fabric API on both client and server. Java 25.
• Distributed under the MakoEnergyGamer Custom License used for recent worlds, adapted to this mod.
