Block stuff:

• Updated block/model JSONs for the accumulator, vulcan crafting table, acid vat, acid reactor, arc furnace, and arc blast furnace. (texture credits to Yeshwamp)
• Added multiple irradiated slag blocks, molten glass, and carbonized wood textures/blocks to the nuclear bomb crater generation. (credits to Yeshwamp)

Reworked nuclear explosion effects:

• Speed-of-sound delayed screenshake and audio.
• Ground-transmitted rumble.
• Power-armor EMP audio.
• Radius-based normal, medium, long range LOD audios with crossfading.
• Improvided spatial audio with this method.
• Larger payload/crater scaling (max 256).
• Shader-based nuclear flash and bloom.
• Scaled down versions of the new effects for the nuclear grenade (mini-nuke).
• Finally made a nuke damage type.

Cool gameplay additions:

• Finally implemented Tetrodotoxin poisoning.
• Added food lacing for the tetrodotoxin, beware of what you eat!!!
