Final Update Patch 3 (1.3.3)
Adding and fixing things I overlooked, once more. I need to playtest better, and be more patient next time.

- Fixed Player's car trunk not keeping items
- Fixed blue noise texture colors in metal fences
- Attempt to optimize the random grass rotation
- Added more sound effects [Such as wind_chimes_outside and lightning_strike]
- Included wood_sound into random_inside
