Rats

- added Rat Upgrade: Natural Remedy. Provides an early game health regen option for rats.

- added 2 new rat skins. One is a name easter egg and one is a breeding variant

- added config options to prevent bosses from spawning outside ratlantis

- rats will now charge held items if they are storing energy

- rats will no longer wander too far if they have a home point set

- demon rat upgrades can now be thrown into a crafting table to convert it into a soul demon variant

- updated quarry upgrade to be more reliable

- rats will now pick up items they mine/fish up instead of immediately throwing them to the ground

- fixed the rat crafting table arrow not properly lining up

- fixed quarry rats not mining below deepslate level

- fixed water replacing rat quarry platforms

- fixed flute subtitle

- fixed rat flute config option name and description
