Additions:
Dutchrat and Rat Baron will now restore their summoning blocks when the world is set to peaceful
Removed Mining upgrades for now. They will return in a later update when I rework them
Decorative hats will no longer take damage. Useful hats like plague masks and piper hats will still take damage.
Attribute changing upgrades will now add to the attribute instead of replacing the value
Disabled Psychic Rat Upgrade throwing blocks by default. You can turn this back on via a config option.
Added a config option to let rats rarely spawn with santa hats or party hats all year around
Rat Sacks will now eject all rats when destroyed or despawning to ensure you dont lose your rats
Mobs that are immune to plague are now controlled via the `rats:plague_immune` entity tag
Added `rats:plague_legion` tag. These mobs will not attack each other and will gang up on you when you fight one of their kind, and will also be hurt by purifying liquid (it does 10 damage to them)
Added `rats:ratlanteans` tag. Mobs in this tag will not be targeted by other ratlantean mobs

Fixed a crash when other mods add attributes
Fixed rat baron and dutchrat being summonable in peaceful
Fixed the Dutchrat and Neo-Ratlantean being able to despawn
Fixed Rat Protectors dropping XP on death
Fixed Ratlantis sword spawning a Rat Protector every time the sword is swung. It will now spawn them when theres no attack cooldown remaining.
Fixed Plague doctors still despawning after being named
Fixed rats spinning on top of leaves
Fixed some unlocalized plague doctor subtitles
Fixed a serious performance issue when tamed rats are set to harvest mode with no upgrades
Fixed wild rats being a bit too performance intensive
Fixed rats not respecting the deposit side when depositing items into containers
Fixed Purifying liquid, Vial of Conciousness, Rat Capture Net, and Plague Tome being infinite use
Fixed Plague Leeches not actually removing plague
Fixed the plague heart overlay not properly lining up with the player's normal hearts when their health is low
Fixed sleeping rats attempting to look at the player
Fixed rats not using durability when using held weapons
Fixed rats contiuing to play their running animation after their rat wheel is removed
