Randomizes mob and block drops to random item, loottable, mob drop

This mod randomizes block and mob drops. Meaning if you broke a dirt block and it dropped diamonds then dirt would only drop diamonds and likewise for killed mob. It can conistently drop random item, random loottable, random mob drop.
