RampLoom 0.6.2 — Fabric 1.21.1
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
RampLoom 0.6.2 — Public beta
For Minecraft Java 1.21.1 / Fabric; Java 21 and Fabric API are required.
Multiplayer: Co-op and online multiplayer have not been play-tested. Multiplayer support is experimental.
Changes since 0.5.2
- Shared 3×3 placement grid, nearby box walls, side ramps and upper landings.
- New placement sizes: 3×3, 3×1 and 3×2; aim to choose a narrow strip inside its cell.
- Paid editor expansion: 3×1 → 3×2 costs 2, 3×1 → 3×3 costs 3, and 3×2 → 3×3 costs 2 materials. Resets restore the purchased size and strip positions for free.
- Fix all-nine-cell expansion in one confirmation, centered strips and connected ramp routes.
- Fix texture flicker where different building materials intersect.
- Fix placement previews hiding water and revealing the seabed.
- Remove the free/grid placement switch; placement always uses the shared grid.
Existing structures keep their positions. Back up worlds before updating, keep only one RampLoom JAR installed, and do not downgrade worlds saved with 0.6.x. Experimental multiplayer requires matching versions on every client and the server.
The packaged build passed 24 unit tests and 42 server GameTests. Singleplayer and isolated client rendering checks passed; these are not multi-player play-tests. Active shader packs and large constructions need further testing.
