Rain Walker - pandorical

• Enchantment descriptions shipped for mods that show them.
• The village lesson shows the book first; the emeralds move only on the button.
• Rain Walker is found in loot chests, as the other treasure enchantments are; it was in no loot at all.
• Rain Walker's ice puts back what it froze when it goes, water and lava sources included, and only in its own dimension. It used to leave a hole in a lake, and could clear ice at the same spot in another dimension.
