Rain on Lens: Raindrops on Your Screen

First release.

Raindrops land on your view when it rains and you are out in the open: big ones and small ones, some running down with a wet trail. Step under a roof and the lens dries off. Coming up out of water leaves it wet for a moment too.

• Only where it really rains: no drops in the desert or under snow, none indoors.
• A camera overlay: no shaders needed, drawn under your hotbar and chat.

Client-side only. Works on any server.
