Features:
- Added the Mining Trammer locomotive which couples with minecarts.
- Added sync stock button.
Fixes:
- Fixed trains glitching on the slopes submerged in liquids.
- Fixed a bug with speed not being capped correctly (top speed limit applied wrongly).
- Fixed one of the math issues with couplers which made them glitch in turns.
- Fixed white stripes on the edges of some models.

- Added a workaround for the issue which caused client to desync from server heavily. Trains should now run with almost no jumping or glitching. Minor jitter can still be present, that's not tweaked yet.
NOTE
Trains are still buggy. Especially on dedicated servers. If you decide to couple a train, be ready to use sync button and if that doesn't help, the kill stock button. Only coupling cars is working more or less correct at the moment, removing cars or releasing them __will__ cause desync errors.
