Sorta readible HUD, more to come with future update, it shouldn't count as both a counter as well as dosimeter.

These are the Dev textures, an internal resource pack for usage. Blocks are detectors (redstone), decontaminators and absorbers, the decon and absorbers need a power mod for them to work.
