Do you like puddles? I don't. Having wet socks is the worst feeling. Have some puddles anyway.
Here's the wiki with all the extensive documentation.
Check out my other mods!
In reply to EnikimmArc:
Working on other mods at the moment, but a 1.16.5 version will be worked on eventually.
Had a suggestion to improve the look of puddles. Would puddles be able to be sunk into blocks instead of placed on top of them? Similar to the old Biomes O Plenty feature that was removed some time ago. I think they would look much more natural.
In reply to altvax2:
I've considered it before but decided against it since I don't want the puddles to modify existing blocks or change the terrain.
In reply to solis_nova123:
damn thats unfortunate
will there be a 1.16.5 version? it would work great togheter with vibrant journeys

Working on other mods at the moment but will go back to mods like this one eventually
Hi, seems like You don't read comments anymore but I will try anyway. Do You have any plans for updating and porting to Fabric?
In reply to RDKRACZ:
No, not for fabric
Great mod. Would be fun if after some time grass blocks with puddles on it transformed into mud.
Also, 1.15.2/1.16/fabric when?
1.12.2 Crash on startup with "Nethercraft" and basically any other dimension mod besides "Themidnight" and possibly "inbetweenlands"
Some quality of life ideas:
Endermen take damage while in a puddle.
Splash water bottles have a chance of creating a puddle when they collide with the top of a block.
Water mobs can breath in puddles.
Entities (except water mobs & boats) slow down while moving through a puddle.
Mobs take no fall damage when they land in a puddle (cause it's Minecraft, otherwise this idea is stupid). The collision would also cause the puddle to disappear.
In reply to superjulesbe:
Sounds like you've put some thought into it, I'm a little busy right now but I will be working on mods again soon.
this is exactly what i thought the mod did
is this mod client side?
In reply to TheGaryDoseSalesMan:
please make puddles to slowly disappear after the rain stops
In reply to eyalonsky:
They should be doing that already
have you checked it after unloading the chunks / logging out?
The puddles cannot be checked if the chunk unloads since that would force the chunk to load. The 1.12 version is not being worked on anymore and a 1.15 beta version has been released.
