BETA SanityMod Version
New Content:
Professional Sanity Engine (Insanity Engine):
Capability & Networking: Sanity data is now stored securely on the server side and synced with the client via a batch system. This eliminates "eye not working" bugs.
Deep Logic: Sanity now depends on everything—light brightness, the proximity of any monsters, the time of day, and cryptid activity.
Ultimate Interface (Insanity Eye 2.0):
Size and Position: A large, detailed eye to the left of the hotbar.
Live Animation: Smooth, wave-like fill that looks like real fluid/energy inside the eye.
Visual Feedback: As Sanity drops, the eye begins to tremble, and the screen gradually becomes covered in a blood-black vignette.
Anomalies and Hallucinations System:
Soundscape: You'll hear your own heartbeat when your sanity is low, whispers in the dark, and false footsteps/hisses from creepers.
Chat Anomalies: The world will communicate with you via chat. Glitch text, false system messages ("Server Overloaded"), messages from "entities," and fake achievements will appear.
World Glitches: Flashes of light, sharp camera distortions, and shadows flickering in the periphery of your vision.
Hourly Progression (The Hour of Madness):
The mod is designed for one hour of real-time.
Tension builds over six phases. By the end of the hour, reality literally begins to fall apart.
Boss Event: At the end of the hour, if your sanity is low, several elite cryptid pursuers will come for you.
