Vanilla Teams support removed

  • Horses and Foxes are protected
  • Projectiles fired from the owner will not harm pets (fixed)
  • Sword Sweeping doesn't hurt pets
  • Change Licence to Apache-2.0
  • PvP Disabled means all pets are immune to player damage
  • Client Side support (fixed)
  • API added for Mod Authors to use
