This update causes breaking changes! Quality upgrades are now driven by player attributes instead of config chances.

Removed the old per-skill config options (cookingSkill, farmingSkill, fishingSkill, all the per-level upgrade chances, and upgrade chaining). Existing config files will regenerate — old keys are dropped automatically. Added three new player attributes: Crop Quality, Food Quality, and Fish Quality (pmmo_quality_food:crop_quality / food_quality / fish_quality). How they work: the whole number is a guaranteed quality tier, and the decimal is a chance for one tier higher. Example: a Food Quality of 1.5 means cooked food is always at least iron quality, with a 50% chance of gold. 3.0 = guaranteed diamond. The attributes start at 0, so grant them however you like — PMMO attribute perks, gear, effects, or commands. New config options: maxQualityLevel and per-tier chance multipliers to tune how hard the roll-up step is. Bonus XP settings for quality food are unchanged. Fixed shift-click crafting (and furnace / Farmers' Delight cooking pot output) not applying quality upgrades or bonus XP — previously only one-at-a-time pickup worked.

You can now add perks to increase these attributes with whatever skills you want. This is a much better interface with Project MMO.
