Adds compatability between Project MMO and Iron's Spells and Spellbooks.

What's new
Config changes - You can now specify a heal skill and amount for healing yourself and healing others separately. This allows you to still reward healing yourself but to tweak it so it can't be abused (or can, your call!).
The next release of PMMO will also allow you to use groups for these skills.
