Experimental client-only Fabric port for exact Minecraft 1.20.5. Fresh-aim mode defaults OFF. Press F10 to configure. When processing an existing attack, eligible first-person input can consume queued mouse movement and refresh the vanilla target pick. It never stores a missed attack for later, automatically aims, changes reach or guarantees server hits. Turning after a click but before processing can redirect that earlier click, including initial block targeting. Multiplayer server rules still apply; other input/render mods may conflict.

Requires Java 21 and Fabric Loader 0.16.14 or later. No Fabric API dependency. Alpha: exact-target compilation/remapping, independent byte-identical rebuild, API/refmap/accessor checks and 47 settings assertions passed. Not tested in a running Minecraft client or multiplayer. Original license and assets preserved.
