[NOW WITH NETHERITE!] Adds three tools--the excavator, the hammer, and the greataxe. These are 3x3 versions of the shovel, pickaxe, and axe, respectively. The greataxe, when used on a tree, will fell the entire tree at once.

Curse Maven Snippet
Netherite upgrades are here! All 3 tools can be upgraded to Netherite by placing the Diamond tool in a Smithing Table with a block of Netherite. The netherite tools are also repaired with netherite blocks.
- Add netherite upgrades for all Practical Tools!
- Fixed a bug where mining netherrack with a hammer would fail to break adjacent nether quartz or nether gold ore blocks. This was caused by the fix for the "fast breaking obsidian by targeting a torch next to it" issue being too strict.
