[NOW WITH NETHERITE!] Adds three tools--the excavator, the hammer, and the greataxe. These are 3x3 versions of the shovel, pickaxe, and axe, respectively. The greataxe, when used on a tree, will fell the entire tree at once.

What's new
Backported the following fixes to 1.15.2: Overhaul area-breaking code to fix #7, fix #8, fix #10.
- Blocks that were area-broken were not "credited" to the player
breaking them, leading to a variety of subtle bugs.
- Area-breaking now considers the relative hardness of the blocks to
be area-broken compared to the original target block. Put simply, you
can no longer rapidly break Obsidian by hammering a Torch next to it.
