Poopy Cobblemon 1.2-Fix2 for Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge.

• Removes the held-item whitelist override: mega stones, the red/blue Primal Reversion orbs and every other held item can be equipped again (the whitelist had been narrowed to the two PoopSky items only).
• King of Dragon Fruit is now once per battle: the item stays held after bursting, cannot retrigger in the same battle, and re-arms when the battle ends.
• Size reads are live: Dynamax now correctly affects dragon fruit damage and the On-the-Verge radius (Mega Showdown's Dynamax only writes the scale modifier and never refreshes the server-side bounding box).
• Requires Cobblemon Ext 1.3 or later (new ExtHandlers API).
