PERMITTED USE

1. You may download and use Polished UI for personal, non-commercial Minecraft gameplay.

2. Polished UI may be used in CurseForge modpacks, provided that it is referenced through its official CurseForge project page and downloaded through CurseForge. The Polished UI JAR may not be directly bundled, mirrored, re-uploaded, or separately distributed as part of the modpack.

RESTRICTIONS

1. You may not re-upload, redistribute, mirror, or host the compiled Polished UI JAR on any other website, platform, launcher, server, repository, or file-sharing service without prior written permission from the author.

2. You may not sell, sublicense, monetize, or otherwise use Polished UI for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the author.

3. You may not publicly distribute modified versions, ports, forks, or derivative works based on Polished UI without prior written permission from the author.

4. You may not copy, extract, or reuse Polished UI's source code, graphics, branding, textures, or other assets in another project without prior written permission from the author, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

5. You may not claim Polished UI, its code, assets, or any part of the project as your own work.
