Pokemon Commands
Adds simple in-game commands for Cobblemon to check Pokémon info, weaknesses, resistances, and type matchups without leaving Minecraft.

- Added extra immunities like sandstorm immunity. Immunities provided by abilities will show up as light gray and itallic!
- Added hover text for abilities in
/pokeinfo. Now you can know what the ability does by simply hovering over it! - Added aliases for the two commands!
/weakfor/weaknessand/pinfofor/pokeinfo. For those moments when you got to be quick!!!! - Changed around the visuals to make them nicer to the eye.
